Returns

Eligibility:

Return Window: You can return items within 7day from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the RA number, and affix the return shipping label (if provided).

Refunds:

Exchanges

Exchange Process:

No Direct Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Return and Reorder: Follow the standard return process for the original item. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the replacement item.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

Report Issues: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within [7 days] of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
